Welcome to Dawsonville Lawn Pros. By using our services, website, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

 

1. Services Provided

Dawsonville Lawn Pros offers a range of lawn care services including, but not limited to, lawn maintenance, sod installation, fertilization, weed control, aeration, and landscaping services. These services are provided to residential and commercial properties in the service areas specified by the company.

 

2. Service Agreement

By requesting services or scheduling an appointment with Dawsonville Lawn Pros, you are entering into an agreement for the services described. We may require a signed service agreement or acknowledgment before providing any work.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

The cost of services will be outlined in a written estimate or agreement prior to service. The following payment terms apply:

• Maintenance Accounts: All recurring maintenance accounts require a valid credit or debit card on file. Payments are due as specified in the service agreement or upon completion of the work.
• Landscaping Jobs: A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the job. Accepted payment methods for landscaping jobs include Zelle, check, Venmo, and cash.
• Late Payments: Any late payments may incur additional charges or fees as specified in the service agreement.
• Dog Waste Fee: A $5.00 fee per occurrence will be charged if dog waste is present in the service area at the time of service. All dog waste must be removed from the lawn prior to our scheduled visit.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best outcome for our services, customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring the area to be serviced is accessible and free from obstructions.
• Removing all dog waste from the lawn prior to scheduled service visits.
• Informing Dawsonville Lawn Pros of any specific needs or concerns about the property.
• Keeping pets, children, and other individuals away from the work area during service.
• Notifying us in advance of any special circumstances that may affect our ability to complete the service.

 

5. Service Cancellations and Rescheduling

The following cancellation policies apply:

• Maintenance Service Cancellation: Customers wishing to cancel ongoing maintenance service must provide a minimum of 7 days’ written notice. This notice period is required so that we may properly adjust our scheduling.
• Appointment Cancellation: A cancellation fee may apply if a scheduled appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
• Company-Initiated Rescheduling: If Dawsonville Lawn Pros must reschedule or cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to find a suitable alternative.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Dawsonville Lawn Pros takes pride in the quality of our work. If you are not fully satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 48 business hours of the completed service so that we may return to address any issues or missed areas in a timely manner. Concerns reported outside of this 48 business hour window may not be eligible for a complimentary revisit. To report an issue, please contact us directly by phone or email.

 

7. Limited Liability

Dawsonville Lawn Pros is not liable for any damages to the property caused by unforeseen circumstances or conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, pre-existing property conditions, or hidden obstacles not disclosed by the customer. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

8. No Warranty on Services

Dawsonville Lawn Pros does not offer warranties on services provided. While we strive to deliver the highest quality work, we do not guarantee specific results, as factors such as weather, soil conditions, or post-service maintenance by the customer can affect the outcome of lawn care services. Any issues that arise after the completion of services are not covered under a warranty, but we are happy to offer guidance on proper care and maintenance. Please refer to Section 6 for our Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. For more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Dawsonville Lawn Pros, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Dawsonville Lawn Pros and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.

 

11. Termination of Services

Dawsonville Lawn Pros reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any customer who violates these Terms of Service or behaves in a manner that is disruptive, unsafe, or illegal. In such cases, we may discontinue providing services without refund.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Dawsonville Lawn Pros reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers, and the updated terms will take effect immediately. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
